Brian McFadden

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Brian has also called Florida, New York and Silicon Valley home before relocating to Southern California. He attended Florida State University and got his first taste of leadership there as the elected President of his dormitory and, later, as President of the Inter-Residence Hall Council, overseeing all 4,000+ students in 15 on-campus dorms. In his early professional life, he spent several years performing as a drummer with numerous rock bands within the New York City area and beyond.

Brian brings nearly 30 years of experience in sales and customer service to the Alta Tera team as Chief Operating Officer. He ran his own real estate sales team in NYC before elevating into his leadership journey. He has excelled at each step in the path, which has included various roles at multiple companies, ranging from startups to some of the largest residential brokerages in the US (Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams). Brian now takes his years of experience and success in real estate leadership to Alta Tera. He subscribes to the philosophies of positivity, fun and personal growth through coaching and mentoring. Culture and integrity are paramount to him and he’s driven by his passion to help real estate agents thrive.

Whether Brian is pouring his heart into helping the agents at Alta Tera reach new heights or guiding buyers and sellers through all of their real estate needs, one thing remains constant. Brian is devoted to delivering an elevated real estate experience.
