John Logue IV is a San Diego native, born and raised in America's Finest City, with deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. As a real estate professional with Alta Tera, John brings years of experience in commercial property management and real estate operations to the residential market. He attended Chaminade University of Honolulu before returning to San Diego, where he earned a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.
Throughout his career, John has managed commercial retail properties across multiple states, working closely with property owners, tenants, contractors, and industry professionals. His experience overseeing property operations, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and navigating complex real estate matters has provided him with a strong foundation in the industry and a unique perspective on property ownership and investment.

Today, John combines his local knowledge with a detail-oriented, strategic approach to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential real estate throughout San Diego. Known for his strong work ethic, straightforward communication, and commitment to his clients, he strives to make every transaction as seamless and successful as possible. Outside of real estate, John enjoys surfing, dirt biking, traveling, and spending quality time with his daughter.
