Maha Odeh-Arnold

Maha is our Commercial Specialist at AltaTera specializing in the retail sector of real estate. She has substantial knowledge and experience working with investors who buy and sell strip and neighborhood shopping centers, mixed use properties, and single tenant, triple-net leased properties across the country.

Maha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from California State University at Dominguez Hills. She previously worked at one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms and has 10+ years representing buyers and sellers. Maha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to AltaTera and its clients.

Maha was raised in a family of commercial real estate investors. She has worked her way up from a salesperson’s assistant to a top agent. She demonstrates a passion for commercial real estate, through her personal relationships, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service for our clients.
