In regard to the Independent Contractor Agreement, is it possible to revise the terms of Section 10? My current insurance policy does meet the requirement of $300,000. However, my husband and I are both insured under the same policy so listing Alta Tera as an additional interest would ultimately provide access to my husband's car and personal information as well. He's private in some regard so I'd like to revise, if possible. I'm more than happy to provide you with my proof of insurance coverage upon your request at any time, but would prefer avoiding giving the brokerage full access to notification of policy changes (e.g. renewals, cancellations, modifications, etc.).
