Sam Moffett

Sam is a San Diego native, born and raised in Encinitas, with deep roots and unmatched local knowledge of North County. He earned his B.S. in French and History from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa before commissioning as an officer in the United States Air Force, where he served as an intelligence officer and achieved the rank of Captain.

Following his military service, Sam returned home to Encinitas and went on to earn his MBA from the University of Southern California, FIGHT ON! He built a career as an entrepreneur and marketing leader, launching and scaling brands both domestically and internationally before transitioning into real estate to once again serve his community and neighbors.

Today, Sam brings a disciplined, strategic approach to every client he works with—whether buying, selling, or investing. Known for his integrity, work ethic, and strong negotiation skills, he is a trusted resource for clients at every stage, including fellow Veterans navigating the transition to civilian life. Outside of the office, Sam enjoys surfing, spending time with his family, and honing his skills in the kitchen.
